Made to Order Items
Items marked Made to Order are specially crafted just for you and denote their estimated processing/crafting times. Most Made to Order items leave our Southern California warehouse in 5-10 business days.
Your Order May Come In Separate Packages
If your order contains both In Stock and Made to Order items, your in-stock items will ship first. You will receive a second tracking confirmation email for your Made to Order items when they are on the way to you.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout. Please note that express shipping does not expedite Made to Order processing/crafting times.
International Shipping
We ship all over the world. International shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for all potential duties & fees required to import goods in their respective home country.
Need to return or exchange an item? Scummy Bears will pay the return shipping cost on all domestic orders!
You may initiate a return/exchange on unused/unworn items purchased directly from our website within 30 days from when you placed your order. You will receive a full refund onto your original payment method once the item(s) are returned back to us.
